just outstanding live mash up

This began as an acoustic cover of Rihanna’s “Stay” and quickly became the live mash-up you are listening to now. The chord progression of “Stay” immediately got us thinking to integrate Miike Snow’s “Animal.” But it wasn’t until I was listening to KCRW and heard Classix “Stranger Love” that I knew what the cover should sound like. So I busted out the SPDS, learned how to play it, recorded some samples and a groove was born. Hope you all enjoy! Happy Valentine’s day 🙂
