Romanthony (real name Anthony Moore) was an American disc jockey, producer and singer.[1] He was best known for his work with French duo Daft Punk (he provided the vocals for ‘”One More Time” and “Too Long” on their Discovery album).[2]

Romanthony’s work crossed several genres including house, R&B and Hip hop. Tracks like “Hold On” make extensive use of sampling with a distinctly soulful house feel, while the later “Bring U Up” uses a James Brown style breakbeat.

Romanthony appeared on Black Male Records (his own label), Roulé, Azuli, Play It Again Sam (PIAS) and Glasgow Underground Recordings.

He died on the 18th of May, 2013.[3]

your heritage will life 4ever

someone told me to add ROMATHONY’s original tunes and he was right ROMANTHONY had brilliant tunes

I used these  tracks because i was subjective and followed the thought of the meaning ” ONE more Time” sung by ROMANTHONY was meant to symbolizing to ask for a da capo , just ” ONE more Time” , ” TOO LONG ” sung by ROMANTHONY is practical an animated EPITAPH , “SOMETHING about US” is my personal statement for all the mini events i had with the tunes sung by ROMANTHONY, all the good stuff, all the sad stuff, and ROMANTHONY gave with his voice soothing care, CANDYLAND was the prove how his spirit inspire and his heritage will live and grow just to symbolize that an artist can be larger than life , I am sorry that I was not able to please your wish , because I was subjetive and used the tunes i have a personal experience with , no sarcasm meant and no offense , i am going to add “wanderer”and I am happy that you have an opinion to this shabby blog , thank you very much

Tricky is back

Tricky – ‘False Idols’ – Album

Tricky - "Tribal Drums" feat. Francesca Belmonte

TRICKY was the point of change all was different after his MAXINQUAE ALBUM, I was enthusiastic into PUNK ,angry music with party attitude, HIP HOP, angry music with party attiude , HARDCORE, angry music with party attitude  , and everything i was into was so imprinted  by the band , TRICKY and TRIP HOP was a falling into an abyss and accept that the void is ok and accept that the world can be pretty meaningless and grey without any big things the romantic attitude in all the other music were promising , gothic itself is dang romantic  , but TRICKY and TRIP HOP was my start to see it different , it is like he  in “Tricky – Nothing’s Changed” describes , but he had changed and inspired the whole world to be different and the generation changed with him , so i am really happy that he is back , he was my change my point of recognition like punk or soemthing else for somebody else  , LIFE is BEAUTIFUL but true CONTROL is a myth
