I guess I am one of the last Blogger who write a little text to such a lost for the music scene ,” Prince” was a great artist , a style of his own , an fashion icon but he wrote so many number one tunes we do not know and Kevin Smith who made an documentary for “The Artist formally known as Prince” there is kind of a lot music to discover in his vault , I must admit “Prince ” was an enigma for me , “PRINCE” was so complex , was he funky , yeah h….( he did not like us to curse, as he told Kevin Smith” ) , but his “You Sexy Motherfucker” was such an inprint in my musical history ; back to the point or let us Start again .
Prince was without any question Funky , he was the measurment in hour lifetime what true Funk has to be , after him comes Bootsy Collins and so many more, but”The Artist formally known as Prince” was the embodiment of the fusion of Funk , Soul and Rock in our Lifetime , there are so many artists in each genre who are brilliant and they made something which fused some of this or that but “PRINCE” was the ARTIST who did his music without border and frontier and just made his tunes , masterpieces which span , combined and u feel the idea of a song which flawlessly , not mixed real true composed tunes where we can still feel the madness of flawless creative energy , not the mixture we got now , “PRINCE” fused und rocked the FUNK into every session .
He was a diva, divo ahh come on , he was perfect to be such gender creation of his own , he chose and created so many tunes and so may styles that there was no border in gender and sex. he was manly as he had a warmhearted female soul, the combination of this complex structure lead him to such creativ power, his golden gun microphone was just brilliant, he put so much effort to be prince that is just admirable. every thing he done will be a part of the coming future and music , “PRINCE , The ARTIST now really formally Known as “PRINCE” is gone , but his presence , his work, his art, concept and composition will be forever a part of the music we listen to, the fashion we like and love and a human who was in his lifetime a legend , a star, a messenger and god loving christ will be forever with us and everytime we play his sound his soul will be live forever and guide us with his passion ,pleasure , lust , power and love .
