Apparat – Krieg und Frieden – A Violent Sky

Keira got a massive post today ; “Krieg und Frieden / WAR and Peace (Music for Theatre)” by the infamous “APPARAT” aka “SASCHA RING” a tune  which is so mighty that here all things meet to be one massive tune a book a myth, a legendary book heavy and deep, dark, ,gloomy and beautiful play a russian classic ” WAR and Peace”, someone told me that reading itself is a war to get through, i for myself thought it was kind a amusing, back this one from SASCHA RING AKA APPARAT produced the music   for the THEATER PRODUCTION  by SEBASTIAN HARTMANNS  of TOLSTOY’ s “WAR and PEACE” , unbelievable tune,orchestral, a monumental tune, so gorgeous you can discover so many scenes ,so many sound scapes,it is like that every second a wall of dark clouds part and you fly through and discover light , sun and hope

Apparat, aka Sascha Ring, announces the release of “Krieg und Frieden (Music for Theatre)”, and album of music based on Sebastian Hartmann’s theatre production of Tolstoy’s War & Peace.

Sebastian Hartmann is considered one of the big innovators of contemporary German theatre, and asked Ring to contribute to this mammoth project, which was commissioned by the renowned German arts festival Ruhrfestspiele in Recklinghausen.

Apparat – Krieg und Frieden – Music for Theatre will be out on MUTE, February 15th.
