I just saw the trailer to “Someone Great” with Gina Rodriguez , Rosario Dawson , DeWanda Wise, and Faith Logan wow Netflix seem to be the Quentin Tarantino from nowadays, I was obsessed with all the soundtrack from Pulp Fiction to Jacky Brown, Netflix seems to have the crew to make the right choice in sound and soundtracks.
We got “Strangerthings” the modern “Twin Peaks” sound it is the just the done right opening , catchy, memorable and dark, Umbrella Academy just got the Zeitgeist done right, “On My Block” is the modern “Friday”, “Boyz in the hood”, Blood in and Blood Out” Soundtrack and nevertheless ” Russian Doll” seem to be a class by itself with its soundtrack, Netflix got the time and the money to make the right choices,
And with this in mind i saw the Trailer to “Someone Great” and it blowed my mind with the come out age, romantic story since, “Singles” in Seattle with grunge Gina Rodriguez , DeWanda Wise, and Faith Logan danced to “Lizzo” which got the soulful and modern iconic Sound since Missy Elliot did “Freak On” and it got the sound and the woken attitude I love and not annoys me, wow just get it on man
so loving that there is more than Cardi B and Bahd Barbie both great artists but look Lizzo is more than a handful Producer you feel the soul Pound by Pound, line by line and she got the attitude and roll with it so sure and like a Tesla in auto mode , without hesitating, courageous and man her flow is airtight
